Denise Lynn Mueller, age 67, of Baxter, Minnesota, passed away suddenly at her home on Thursday, April 23, 2026.

She was born on February 18, 1959, in Monticello, Minnesota, to Dennis and Carol (Secrest) Christiansen.

Denise was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She had an incredibly kind and generous spirit, and her warmth touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Her family was the center of her world, and she took great pride and joy in each of them.

She will be deeply missed by her husband, Jim; her five children, Mike (Christy), Nathan (Jess), Chad (Jamie), Angela (J Refugio), and Brian (Grace); as well as 13 grandchildren and one great-grandson.

Denise was preceded in death by her parents; her grandson, Blake; and her siblings, Beckey, Lori, and David.

A celebration of Denise’s life will be held at a later date.

Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter, Minnesota, is assisting the family.
