Deanna Holst

Deanna Kay Holst of Motley, MN passed away on April 4, 2026, at her home in Brainerd, MN. She had COPD and lung failure and passed from complications of pulmonary fibrosis.

The tenderness and bubbly personality made her well liked and easy to be with. Deanna was a strong and kind Mother, friend, and Grandma. She loved lavender, rock & roll, and the ocean blue.

She lost her grandson over 6 years ago and is now back where she wanted to be with Arizona Anthony.

Deanna has three children, Dale, Dan, and Nancy. She has two grandsons, Skylar and Austin.

Deanna is proceeded in death by her parents Jean and Doris Ester from Iowa.

A memorial is planned at Oak Street Chapel in Brainerd, MN on May 21, 2026 at 11am with a luncheon to follow at 12 pm. Paster Todd Wooden will be officiating.
