Darlene Flategraff

Darlene Flategraff, age 86, of Pine River, passed away on April 20, 2019, at her home. She was born July 10, 1932, to Albert and Betty Lorenz in Alexandria, MN. Darlene enjoyed cooking, reading, bowling, bingo, church, watching the Minnesota Twins and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed making hundreds of lefse for First Lutheran Church Lutefisk suppers for many years.

Darlene is survived by her children: Rose Flategraff (Dan Walberg), Joe Flategraff (Wendy), Bobbye Rono (Randy), Tracy Wolkenhauer (Darrell), Sam Flategraff, all of Pine River, and Polly Flategraff (Bruce Duvall) of Naples, FL; stepdaughters, Nancy Crellin of Columbus, GA, Nona Griffin (John) of Carlsbad, CA; 22 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren; sisters, DiAnn Tulenchik of Pequot Lakes, Donna Jean Campbell of Pine River; brother, Jim Paddock of Brainerd. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer; sons, Nick, Perry and Peter; her parents; brother, Delbert Lorenz; sisters, Delores Nelson and Carol Jorgensen; and step parents, Ray and Edna Paddock.

Services will be 2 PM on Sunday, April 28 at First Lutheran Church, Pine River. Visitation will be from 12:30 PM until the time of the service. Burial will be in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Pine River.
