State Senator Dallas Sams, of Staples, died Monday morning, March 5, at St. Josephs Hospital in St. Paul, MN. Funeral service will be Saturday, March 10, at 11:00 in the Staples High School. Visitation will be in the High School Friday, March 9 from 4 - 8. Interment will be in the Evergreen Hill Cemetery at Staples. Memorials preferred.
