Christopher Olsen

Christopher "Chris" C. Olsen, age 40, of Brainerd, MN, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at his home in Brainerd.
He was born to G. Thomas "Tom" and Nancy Lee (Grimm) Olsen on May 25, 1976, in Mora, Minnesota. Chris was born and raised in Mora. He loved sports, especially football. He enjoyed spending time with family and playing video games with his brother, Matt. Chris was employed as a cook at the Olive Garden in Baxter, MN.
Chris is survived by his father, Tom; brother, Matt Olsen; and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Lee Olsen on June 4, 2016; his maternal grandparents, Clinton and Miriam Grimm; and his paternal grandparents, Curtis and Ethel Olsen.

Services will be 1 PM on Wednesday, May 31, at Christ Community Church, Nisswa, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place at a later date, in Oakwood Cemetery, Mora, MN. Arrangements with Kline Funeral Home, Pequot Lakes, MN.
