Cheryl Kay Clark, 65, Fifty Lakes, MN, died Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at her home. Services will be held at 11 AM, Friday, September 2, 2016 at Lakewood Free Church in Baxter, MN, with visitation for one hour before the service at the church. A graveside service will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN.
