Catherine Bye

Catherine Cora Bye, of Remer, MN went to be with her Heavenly Father on December 21, 2010.

Survived by her husband of 60 years, Richard; her nine children, Gary (Sally), Nancy Lawson (John), Tom (Linda Carter), Dan (Pam), Jeff (Nancy), Janice Aziz (Hyder), Steve (Mary), Carol Groenke (Dan), John (Tracy); 25 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Virginia Ferrara; sister-in-law, MaryAnn Tompkins; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Cathy and Dick lived in Minnetonka before retiring to their home on Upper Trelipe Lake, Remer, MN in 1992. She enjoyed her church, birds/wildlife, endless games of Yahtzee, cribbage and weekend visits with her children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Memorial service to be held Wednesday, December 29, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Longville, MN. (218) 363-2799 Visitation one hour prior. Memorials preferred to American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
