Carolyn "Jean" Wink

Carolyn “Jean” Wink, 79, of Brainerd, left this world on Wednesday September 22, 2021 at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center. Services will be held 11 AM on September 30th at the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel with a visitation starting one hour prior to services. Interment will take place following at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery.

Carolyn was born on May 14, 1942 to Roy and Lillie (Lundgren) Titus in Fargo North Dakota. She married Kermit Wink on August 6, 1963. Carolyn was a CNA at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center for many years. She loved being outdoors and going to the cabin. She enjoyed gardening and watching birds. On her down time, she loved music, especially country and Elvis Presley along with watching game shows on television and spending time with her cat Marvin. Carolyn loved spending time flying with Kermit in their plane and going down South. Her biggest love was her family. She was her boys’ biggest fan and always reminded Amber she was the daughter she always wanted. Seeing her kids and grandkids happy brought Carolyn so much joy.

Carolyn will be deeply missed by her children; Kermit “Nick” Wink, Wade (Amber) Wink, five grandchildren; Jesse Hale, Elaina Kintop, Brianna Wink, Arianna Wink, Skyler Wink, four sisters; Susan Bingham, Rebecca Kostad, Darlene Compus, Karen Schoenberg; Mary Wink, Leila Fischer, Larry (Wilma) Wink, and lots of friends and family. She was preceded in death by parents; Roy and Lillie (Lundgren) Titus, loving husband Kermit Wink, both in laws, brother-in-laws; Bill Bingham and Melvin Wink.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
