Carolyn Newenhouse

Carolyn J. Newenhouse, 76, of Crosslake, formerly of Pine River, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis.
She was a resident at the Golden Horizon Assisted Living in Crosslake.

Carolyn was a beautician in Pine River for most of her life. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Carolyn is survived her children, John Newenhouse, Jim Newenhouse and Jeanene Dyer; grandchildren, David, Michael, Rachael, Natalie, Greg, Lindsay, Jack, Robert, Nikki, Amber and Matthew; great-grandchildren, Zehannah, Zoe, Sarah, Jeremy, Rebecca, Mackenzie, Haley, Tate, Madelyn, Kayden, Ebon and Dameon.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles in 2006 and a sister, Lois Pangrak.

Services will be 3 PM on Sunday, November 3, at Mission of the Cross Church-LCMS, Crosslake. Visitation will be Saturday from 5 to 7 PM at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River, and one hour prior to the service at the church.
