Carol F. Ramsey

Carol Frances Ramsey, 83, of Brainerd, MN passed away Monday, September 22, first day of Autumn, at Essentia Health -St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd. 

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday December 20, 2025 at 10:30am at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Brainerd. Refreshments will be served following the service. 

Carol was born January 28, 1942 in Cloquet, MN the daughter of Leonard and Alice(Welter) Peterson. She was active in Brainerd's community and graduated Brainerd High School 1960. Carol married George H. Ramsey, June 23, 1962. The couple was blessed with three children. 

She will be deeply missed by her husband George of 63 years; their three children Christine (Jeffrey), Lynn and Brian; grandchildren, Kelson, Olivia, Elliot, Evan and Soren; sister Diane (Peterson) Ehly. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Alice. Above all, Carol cherished being with her husband, visiting her children and grandchildren.
