Betty Fettig

Betty Fettig, 73, of Emily, MN passed away peacefully on February 2, 2024, at her home. 

She was born on April 11, 1950, in Farmington, MN to Robert and Vivian (Sypal) Ristow. She married Gerald Fettig on February 3, 1973, in Watertown, SD.

Betty loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed feeding the birds and watching hummingbirds. She had a love of horses and enjoyed horseback riding. 

She is survived by her husband, Gerald, of Emily, MN, her son Dan (Darcey) Fettig, her daughter Lisa Hammer, grandchildren Evan (Madelynn), Gabrielle, and Gerald, her sisters Lina Schultz (Jerry) and Dorothy Schultz (Gene), and her brother Jerry Ristow (Denise). 

Betty is preceded in death by her son Brian Hammer, her parents Robert and Vivian (Sypal) Ristow, and many brothers and sisters.

Arrangements are entrusted to Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Crosslake.
