Barbara Seekon

Barbara Seekon, 84, passed away on April 19, 2024. A graveside service will be held on Saturday May 18, 2024 at 2:00pm at St. Thomas of the Pines Cemetery (11395 Pine Beach Peninsula, East Gull Lake). 

Barbara was born on December 17, 1939, to Alexander and Frances (Szymanski) Stolski in Minneapolis, Minnesota. 

Barbara enjoyed shopping, cooking, cleaning and talking on the phone. 

Up to the bitter end my mother fought the good fight. How I and all that loved her, wished for peace. When that day came, Mom had made amends to those she had hurt and those that had hurt her and brought peace and love to all of her surviving loved ones.

Thank You for being our mom. Theresa, Karen & David.   Love you forever. 

Special Thanks to Auntie Susan, Uncle Al & Judy. Too many loved ones to mention, she had so many. 

Barbara is survived by her children, Karen Daly, Theresa Goulet, David Hopkins; siblings, Susan, Debra, Marsha, Alex (Judy); special friend, Ken; grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Mark; daughters, Cheryl and Jeannette; and grandchildren, Nicole, Justin, and Jeffrey.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
