Amos Large
June 26, 1935 — April 5, 2008
Amos Large, age 72, of Pine River, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2008. He was born June 26, 1935 in Backus to Charles and Edna Large. He served in the US Army in the 1950's. He enjoyed fishing, sitting outside watching the birds, and spending time with friends and family. He was proud of his computer skills and enjoyed emailing friends and surfing the web.
Amos is survived by his son, Monte Large (fiancé, Angel) of Glenwood; brothers: Jack Large of Wabasso, MN, Ray Large of Pine River; sister, Ethel Rae of the Twin Cities.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Chuck Large.
Private family services will be held.
