Alta Hannahs

Alta Mae Hannahs age 89 of Pillager MN. Passed away on May 16th 2024, and went to be with her lord and savior Jesus Christ. 

   Alta was born in Brainerd, MN. on October 2nd 1934 to Theodore and Myrtle Prescott. She lived a wonderful life and enjoyed her retirement years after working as a waitress and housekeeper for 62 years. She made many friends throughout those years. Alta really enjoyed being outside in her yard doing gardening, attending the flowers, and sitting and watching the birds and the river flow by for hours. 

   Alta was proceeded in death by her Husband Floyd, Step children, parents and her siblings. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many friends. 

   She is survived by her daughters; Sherry Messerschmidt of New Salem, ND, Christine Hannahs of Pillager MN, and her son Duane Hannahs of Pillager, MN. 

There will be a Celebration of life posted at a later date.
