Allen Kirkpatrick

Allen Kirkpatrick, age 92, of Breezy Point, passed away Sunday, August 14, 2011, at Good Samaritan Society Bethany. He was born to Clarence and Esther Kirkpatrick on October 16, 1918, in Hector, MN. He graduated from Hector High School and later received his pilot's license from Hector Airport. Allen was a captain for Northwest Airlines for 37 years and retired in 1978.

Allen is survived by his son, Tom Kirkpatrick, daughter, Kathy Gaskill, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Julie.

Services will be 10 AM on Wednesday, August 17, at St. Alice Catholic Church, Pequot Lakes, with Father George Zeck officiating. Burial will follow at the Pequot Lakes Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
