Tracy Laughton

Tracy J. Laughton, 46, of Brainerd, MN passed away at her home on Friday, March 9, 2018. Services for Tracy will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 11:00AM at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN. Gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 from 5:00-7:00PM at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN and one hour prior to services on Thursday at the chapel.

Tracy was born on February 21, 1972 in Brainerd, MN to Bonnie Nelson. She graduated from Brainerd High School. Tracy was married to Brian Laughton for 27 years. Tracy was a homemaker and also worked at North Central Raceway. She was later a Personal Care Assistant at Golden Heart Home Care. Tracy will always be remembered for her gift of gab. She enjoyed scrapbooking, bingo, and being at the North Central Race Track. Tracy especially loved every moment she spent with her children and grandchildren.

Tracy is survived by her mom, Bonnie Nelson of Brainerd, MN; children, Alissa (Austin) Diggs of Grand Forks, ND, Briana Nelson of Brainerd, MN, Austin ( Kate) Laughton of Brainerd, MN, Ashli (Austin Weiser) Laughton of Brainerd, MN, and Colton Laughton of Brainerd, MN; seven grandchildren, Ellee, Kayden, Avery, Isabella, Wyatt, Autumn, and Amelia; and brothers, Jason (Stacy) Nelson and Shawn Nelson of Brainerd, MN. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN.
