Ricki Huber`

Rick Huber, age 64, of Brainerd passed away peacefully on March 16, 2018 at the St. Cloud Hospital, following a courageous battle with cancer. His Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, March 24, at 11 am, at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Friends are invited to visit from 10:00 until the service.

Ricki Gene Huber was born on July 2, 1953 in Lubbock, Texas to Gerald and Jacqueline (Scheper) Huber. He grew up and attended school in the Brainerd area. He was married to Karen Stafne in Brainerd on May 5, 1979. He was a roofer, working at Thelen in Brainerd and at McDowell in St. Cloud. Rick loved his family deeply, and enjoyed spending time with them. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and having a few beers with friends. Bob was a great friend to him always. He also enjoyed his time with all his buddies on the Beach Road.

Rick is survived by Karen, his wife of nearly 39 years; his sons, Nate and Shane; grandsons, Jimmy and Christian; his mother, Jackie; his sisters, Vicki and Wendy; and his brother, Terry. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Traci.
